     Custom sized cages available, please consult our office on pricing and delivery.    
     Cancellation fee of 50%of cage cost for custom items apply once production has started. Shipped custom
         orders generally not returnable once shipped.
     Our cages come standard with our Security Shield™ system for maximum protection from bolt cutters.
         We supply padlocks FREE of charge; individual and can match your keys. These are provided as a courtesy only.
      Standard Powder coat colors: Desert Tan and Cali Green. Specify "G" or "T" when ordering.
         Other coatings or colors are available; priced upon application.
      All cages are furnished with complete hardware kit needed to secure unit to concrete base, 
      All prices, conditions and specifications subject to change without notice.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.
      All UTC-1 through UTC-4 cages FOB warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.  Fed-Ex or UPS ground.
         Generally customs will go freight as they are usually bigger units. They will be priced accordingly

     Restocking Charges: Returned goods accepted upon Factory Authorization, subject to 25% restocking charge, plus any costs
         to return merchandize to saleable condition. Transportation costs for returned goods are customer's responsibility, except for
         warranted returns shipped via Ultimate Tuff Cage's™ designated carrier.
      Full Freight allowed for product orders of $3,500.00 net order, shipped to destinations west of the Mississippi River, from our  
         Phoenix, Arizona facilities.  For shipments to other areas consult our factory.
     Damages in transit: Must be reported to delivery carrier and factory immediately; factory is not normally responsible for
        transportation damages unless our investigation shows inadequate packaging efforts on our part.

     PLEASE NOTE:
      Accounts over 30 days old: Customers agree to pay reasonable and customary collection, attorney and court costs plus
         interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by state law, if less)  Venue for such
         collection actions to be Phoenix, AZ.
